1. License & Usage Rights

Moon Apps Gallery grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• You must not modify, disassemble, decrypt, or reverse engineer the App.
• You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to exploit any part of the App commercially without permission.

2. Content Accuracy (Disclaimer)

While we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the Quranic text, Arabic scripts, and translations within "নূরানী কোরআন শরীফ Nurani Quran", digital content may occasionally contain minor technical errors.

3. Third-Party Services & Ads

The Application may display third-party content or advertisements (e.g., via Google AdMob) or provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Moon Apps Gallery be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
